Dancing shoes

I bought a pair of dancing shoes (heels) last Sunday for Exotic Dance performance.

I asked the shop owner the difference between dancing shoes and normal shoes (haha, me too ignorance, don't know the difference). The lady told me the difference is in the base. Dancing shoes are meant for dance floor only while normal shoes are not suitable in dance floor. So, that's the great difference!

I am still not confident in wearing this pair of shoes for the performance. Still not used to it. Will see how it goes. Use it for rehersal and if really can't, I will switch back to my normal shoes, which is not suitable for dancing.
