I increased 1kg for the squat today. The weights I carry now are:
Warm up - 5kg
Squats - 10kg
Chest - 5kg
Shoulder press - 9kg
Triceps - 4kg
Biceps - 5kg
Launches - no weights
My chest and triceps are still weak. Need some time to get used to it and increase the weight gradually. At least for the chest, I need to increase a bit more. Else I will keep on having hard time doing push ups.
