Today

My workout schedule for today:

9am - 10am : Body pump
10.10am - 11.10am - Body Combat
11.10am - 12.30pm : Shower, quick lunch + rest
12.30pm - 1.15pm: Girls Hip Hop at Danz People
1.15pm - 2pm: Jazz at Danz People

Did I overstress myself?? Well, no. Though I feel a bit of muscle pain. I still feel 元気!I'm happy I even increase weight for tricep from 4kg to 5 kg.

Actually I slept at 0.30am today and didn't slept well. Can't slept at first, then woke up a few times. When I woke up at 7am, I don't feel like going to gym. But I told myself I cannot give such excuse. I did not do any weight training prior to today for this week. So I must go!

Mindy said I am strict to myself when she heard that I have to wake up early and go gym. Well, I guess it's self-discipline. For my own body and health, self-discipline is necessary. I can feel the difference between the past when I did not exercise and now. Moreover, Masha (Masha even said he want to train to 8 pacs!) と上地くんに負けない!Both have fit bodies. So I must be almost on par with them!
