My schedule
My fixed schedule for the past 2 months:
Sunday: AM - Bodypump + Body combat
Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Hip Hop at Dance Arts
Wednesday: Jazz and Booty dance at Danz People
Thursday: Boxercise or rest
Friday: Hip Hop at Dance Arts or Boxercise
Saturday: Boxercise, sometimes Bodypump
I've got to rework my schedule again since my booty dance course has ended. I would like to spend more time in gym. But having spending about 2 - 3 days a week for dancing, it's hard to squeeze time for gym. Will have to think about it...
