Booty Dance

I started Booty Dance at Danz People on Wednesday.

As Sheena is away, Clare took over the class and she will be teaching this class for 8 weeks (one course).

Clare has taught me before (replaced Pat), so I know her teaching style well. She is patient and will go around to check for mistakes and coach the students (unlike Pat).

Clare taught us the basic movements for the warm up. We have to move our butt back and fro, side to side and turn in circles. Then we did the body wave. The butt movements were quite easy for me as I have been doing it during warm up at Pat's classes. The problem is the body wave. Yah, I often did it during Justis's classes. Ever since he has stopped teaching, I don't have the chance to do it at classes, unless I self-practice. Anyway I felt awkward of my movement!

The first lesson was just a warm up for the course. We will start the routine next week. I was motivated when Clare said she will teach us one dance chereo within this 8 week course. Yes!

After class, one classmate asked me if I am a dancer. I almost puke! Haha.
