Luminarie at Kobe
Clear view to see Fuji san while at shinkansen to Osaka. Saw big snowing when we passed by Nagoya. The scenery is beautiful. When we reached Shin Osaka station, we tried to squeeze onto train. The train was delayed coz of snow and was very crowded. 1st time we experienced packed like sardine. I simply fight with them. Squeeze my big luggage in and rolled onto those people's foots. Haha. Good experience but would never want to try it again.
Met Imanaka san and Mami at Kobe. Proceed to eat the cakes at a cafe. Kobe is famous for cakes and 1st time I have the chance to eat the cakes there. Very enjoying. Paid around S$20 bucks and get those cakes on high class plates, which cost much more in S'pore.
Imanaki san left early and we went to Luminaria - X'mas lightings at Kobe with Mami. I went for it last year, and enjoyed alot. Once we were there, my eyes kept sweeping around. Wow, the guys were really eye-catching. Perina agreed wtih me. Haha. It's fun to watch the lighting with Mami and did guy watching at the same time. Noticed that when the three of us walked on the street, quite a number of guys looked at us. Probably coz the 3 of us were tall, on average around 1.68m.
A funny incident was I saw this nice looking big eyed guy with his gf. I turned back at him at asked him to take pic for us. He was surprised, probably because I was taller than him. His photo taking technique was not that good, and retook for us.
Most of the good looking guys were not too tall.Overall, really enjoyed going to Kobe. Although it was freezing, but I realy like it. Hmm.. not sure if there are other S'poreans like me who will go for Luminarie at least 2 times or more?
sent 9.38am at Osaka, Hotel Kinki
